LinkGather - WordPress Plugin



This plugin gives you the ability to export the web addresses for all your websites articles in Google Spreadsheets style.

Get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, or you can just go to the address below:

When you have installed and activated the plugin, you are ready to start using it.

Step by Step Guide


A new tab on the options side of your admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available to you:

If you click on the Home title, this will navigate to the plugins home page which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links offering to take you to the page that will show all of your blog websites published posts’ links. Note that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our demo test site with just a few links in it.

You will now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the URL's list, you should see that LinkGather has also added up how many post links you have.

You then also have the option to check here download the articles in Excel style.

Page Links


The instructions above is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of supplying back published posts, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack Links


The option for JetPack URL's is again exactly the same instructions as those above, but, JetPack Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those links.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
